About Me

I am a Christian, wife, and mom. I graduated from Hillsdale College in 2023 with a major in psychology and religion. I love to be active, especially through running and hiking. My passion for supporting women through the role of a doula began after taking a class on women's health. I was astounded at how intricate God created woman's bodies, and I and my peers had never been taught anything about it! Soon after that, I got pregnant with my first baby, and what began as just interest on behalf of my own pregnancy began a journey of learning and desiring to help others gain wisdom and understanding of their own bodies. 

My own pregnancy was defined by morning sickness until the moment I gave birth, and my planned birth-center birth turned into a transfer to the hospital and induction for gestational hypertension. My experience becoming a momma has been an unexpected gift of wisdom to support other moms through the unexpected turns of birth.
